Nestled in the high-altitude landscapes of San Adolfo, Huila, Colombia, Finca La Dinastía is home to Wilder Lazo’s dedication to precision and innovation in coffee cultivation. Originally a veterinarian, Wilder transitioned to coffee farming to revive his family’s land, embracing precision agriculture to enhance soil health and maximize flavor potential.

This Geisha Lot 4 is a reflection of his expertise, grown at 1,480-1,550 meters and meticulously processed to highlight its unique characteristics. After 60 hours of fermentation in mucilage, the beans are washed and dried for 12 days on raised beds, preserving their delicate floral and tropical notes.

Expect an elegant cup with bright florals, a refined tea-like body, and a hint of tropical vibrancy. This coffee is a testament to Wilder Lazo’s commitment to pushing boundaries, bringing forth a Geisha that is both expressive and deeply complex.
