At Hacienda La Florida, precision meets tradition. The CM Washed Catucai ferments for seven days in stainless steel, unlocking deep notes of brown sugar and chocolate milk. Meanwhile, the CM Honey undergoes anaerobic and carbonic maceration, revealing floral and fruity layers. Both are meticulously dried in a controlled dark room.
