We source our coffee directly from the farm and exporter from across different regions to offer you different variety of coffee.

Keep your coffee tasting its best by storing beans in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. For maximum freshness, purchase smaller quantities and grind your beans right before brewing.
At Coffee Sensory, we work with a variety of brewing methods, but we typically develop and dial in our coffees using a universal setup: A Hario V60 (plastic or metal) with a 20g coffee to 340g water ratio. This approach provides a balanced and consistent reference point. For espresso, with a standard home setup at 9 bars of pressure, using an 18g dose and aiming for a 36g yield in approximately 24–28 seconds. That said, every grinder and brewing setup will produce slightly different results. We encourage you to use these guidelines as a starting point and adjust based on your personal taste preferences.
